I have built, opened, operated and developed restaurant locations myself — with everything that entails: kitchen and service, technology and numbers, staff and authorities. That's why my advice comes from operations, not from theory.

That includes honesty: of three locations I built myself, I deliberately run one today — I sold the other two, both high-revenue businesses, at a profit. A location isn't only something you build; it's something you can exit profitably too. Both are part of my work.

Custom furniture & interior build: spaces that exist nowhere else
I design and build benches, counters, tables and shelving to measure — made for real restaurant wear, often at a fraction of catalogue prices. The result: spaces with character that fit the concept, not the furniture catalogue.
Especially in small or unusual spaces, a custom build is often the difference between "doesn't fit" and "perfectly used".

BOME Wildeshausen
The first location: built together with my family in 2018, developed under BOME GmbH since 2021 — from overall concept through interior, kitchen and brand to digitalisation. Today it is the one location I focus on.
Expansion · Large format, scaling & an honest balance sheet
BOME Vechta
The second location on a much larger footprint: opened in 2022, run profitably for four years, sold at a profit in 2026. Brand transfer, space and kitchen planning, staffing structure — and the most honest lessons of my career.
Urban location · Renovation, design & a focus decision
BOME Studio Bremen
A modern urban location: renovation and conversion, a reduced design concept, terrace, service counter and a fully digital setup — opened in 2024, sold at a profit in 2026 as part of focusing on a single location.

Do you only work regionally?
The focus is on north-west Germany, but projects are possible nationwide. Digital services work independent of location.
Do you replace architects, tax advisors or lawyers?
No. I structure, plan and coordinate — regulated professional services are provided by licensed specialists I work closely with.
How quickly can a project start?
An intro call is usually possible within a few days. Project start depends on scope — audits at short notice, larger development projects by capacity.
