No borrowed references, no theory: three BOME locations — developed, opened and operated first-hand. I sold two of them at a profit in 2026 — both high-revenue businesses — and that honesty belongs here: each case study tells the whole journey, from starting point to key learnings.

BOME Wildeshausen
The first location: built together with my family in 2018, developed under BOME GmbH since 2021 — from overall concept through interior, kitchen and brand to digitalisation. Today it is the one location I focus on.
